Kokomo Key Color SelectionYour Board of Directors decided to consider alternate paint schemes, and requested possible color combinations from homeowners. A number of options were suggested. After working with the company that will do the painting as well as with color specialists from Sherwin Williams, the board has narrowed these down to three options: two 4-color palettes, and also the possibility of using both color palettes by painting pairs of buildings within a court the same color, but alternating the colors for each court. The color selections have been painted on the side of 815 Kokomo Key Lane, and are also available for viewing on the bulletin board at the pool. If you are not in the Delray Beach area, and want to get a true representation of the colors, you can also go to a Sherwin Williams store near you, and view color chips with the colors as shown. While the board reserves the right to make the final decision, they are polling the community on the three choices.
